BEHAVIOR POLICY: Our company was created to provide students of all ages and levels positive experiences to build an interest in the sciences. Students participating in X-ROBOTX STEM and robotics classes are expected to conform to teacher expectations for behavior. This includes using appropriate language and physical behavior during class, towards teachers and other students. Teachers will intercede to redirect and correct problematic behaviors as they occur. When these strategies are not successful in changing behavior and/or serious incidents occur, it is necessary for additional action to be taken. Consequences can include direct parent phone calls, followed by removal from classes. Students removed from classes will be issued a refund for remaining class time. In this way, we can ensure all of our Little Engineers and coders leave X-ROBOTX with experience and optimism!
